Driver license and CACR compliance workflow
To be dispatched on an intercity coach trip, your driver profile must have an approved heavy-vehicle license and valid CACR certificate.
Proactive expiry reminders
The Driver app notifies you 30 days before your commercial license or CACR certificate expires.
Open Profile > Compliance Documents
In the Moja Ride Driver app, navigate to Compliance Documents.
Capture clear photos of your license and CACR card
Take a well-lit photo of the front and back of your C/D/E license and your active CACR certificate.
Submit for operator verification
Tap Submit for Review. Once approved by your fleet manager, your status updates to Verified.
Company affiliation portability
Your verified driver credentials remain linked to your DriverProfile across authorized company affiliations.
Resolving a rejected document scan
Read the reviewer note
Check whether the image was blurry, cropped, or past its expiration date.
Upload a clear replacement photo
Place the card on a flat surface in good lighting and resubmit.
