Fast counter sales at the bus terminal
The Moja Ride Booth POS app is built for station cashiers to issue a boarding pass in under 20 seconds.
Bluetooth thermal printer check
Verify that your 58mm or 80mm Bluetooth thermal printer is paired and loaded with paper before opening your cashier shift.
Select departure and seat number
Pick the upcoming departure scoped to your station terminal and tap the passenger's requested seat.
Enter passenger name and phone number
Record the traveler's full name and phone number so a backup QR pass is also sent via SMS/WhatsApp.
Collect payment and print thermal ticket
Choose Cash or Paystack QR, confirm payment collection, and tap Print Ticket.
Offline seat hold pool
If station connectivity drops temporarily, issue tickets from your terminal's pre-allocated offline seat hold pool.
Reprinting a customer receipt
Open today's shift sales history
Navigate to the Sales tab inside your active POS shift.
Tap Reprint Receipt
The duplicate receipt prints with the booking reference and boarding QR code.
