Register a coach and assign a certified driver
Set up your company's coaches in the Moja Ride ERP, configure seating layouts, and affiliate drivers with valid CACR compliance documents.
Fleet management in the Operator ERP portal
Every coach registered in your operator workspace is scoped to your company (companyId) and ready for trip scheduling.
Mandatory compliance documents
Make sure the technical inspection certificate and passenger carrier insurance are valid before assigning a vehicle to a live departure.
Open the Fleet & Vehicles module
In your ERP sidebar, click Fleet and select Add Coach.
Enter license plate and seating capacity
Provide the Ivorian registration plate, coach model, onboard amenities (A/C, Wi-Fi, USB ports), and total bookable seats.
Affiliate and assign an active driver
Pick an affiliated driver whose heavy-vehicle license and CACR certificate are verified.
Driver affiliation statuses
The driver can be assigned immediately to scheduled departures and receives live trip manifests in the Driver app.
Multi-tenant isolation
Only authorized staff within your bus company can view or update your fleet vehicles and driver assignments.
Pre-departure checklist
Check vehicle operational status
Confirm the coach is marked Active in your fleet inventory.
Confirm primary driver assignment
Link the driver to the scheduled trip so the passenger manifest syncs automatically.
