Accessing your QR boarding pass offline
Every confirmed ticket is cached on your phone so you can board smoothly even if cellular signal drops inside the terminal.
Cryptographically signed QR pass
Your ticket QR code carries a secure signature that drivers can scan and verify offline.
Open the My Tickets tab
Launch the Moja Ride Traveler app and tap My Tickets to view your upcoming trip.
Show the QR code at boarding check-in
Increase screen brightness and present the QR pass to the station agent or driver.
Request a cancellation before departure
If your plans change, open the ticket details screen and tap Cancel Booking within the operator's refund window.
Fast refund status updates
Refund progress is tracked automatically with SMS and WhatsApp confirmation notifications.
